I reached out to Monina to find a way and help to navigate through the certain aspects of life. Monina is a combination of Yoga teacher and Life coach; who is downright meticulous, diligent and splendid. Her guidance and approach is comprehensive and deep-diving, encompassing the interconnectedness between elements of life- Soul, body and mind.
My journey thus far has been filled with amazing experiences of self discovery and recognition. She is very genuine and authentic with her approach and remains sincerely invested in helping me achieve my goals.

As a total beginner to yoga, I was initially a bit nervous to book my first session. But Monina put me at ease from the moment I arrived. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable but also patient and genuinely supportive, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
The classes are well-structured, with clear instructions and a focus on both physical and mental well-being. I’m amazed at how much I’ve already learned and can’t believe how relaxed I feel after each session.
